We just recently took over this complex late Nov of 2016, and there is a new owner for this propertyWhen we walked the units each and every one, we were not notified of the degree of any roach infestation that the previous owner had on the complexNot one tenant provided any information or came forward with their concern of needing pest controlWe will set up service, and maintain service on the property to abate the issues at handWe do not know if the tenant placed requests with the previous owner, and nothing just never got done, but we will take action on the matterThe tenant can consult with the New manager on the complex, or contact the office at ###-###-####Thank You
