On June 24, I signed a contract with i.eRentals for a one bedroom apartmentThey guaranteed me that this apartment will be finished and complete by the 1st and the apartment was not completedI have went down to the office multiple times to complain that the apartment was not ready I was not able to move until the apartment until July 4th and upon movie and the apartment was still incomplete and very dirtyThe keys were given to me by *** but once I got to the apartment the electricity was not turned onThe maintenance team had no way to fix the electrical or lightingSo I turned it on so they could do the workI was never given a gate opener, laundry key, pool key or even laundry keyNot even a parking spotI have complained multiple times to the office but could never get *** on the phoneJust a bunch of empty promises I played for my deposit and expected a completed apartment On the 4th a family came to help clean the trashed apartment I had put in fo
Have been waiting for my AC to be repaired since 6/24/
AC guy came out 7/6/Filled the Freon and said there was a leakApparently this information was not passed ** to IE RentalsI called numerous times to get it repairedI took half a day off on 8/1/to wait for the AC guy to show up from Noon to 6pm and he never didHowever the next day he showed up at 10:50amThis appointment was NOT scheduledThey kept trying make the appointment during the day when I was at workThis last Monday 8/8/I had a friend go to my house from 3-6PM the scheduled appointment time and no one showed upTrying to get this repaired has been nothing but a nightmareThey have no communication between staffAs one person told me one thing and then I get a different answer from someone elseTemps have been 100+ for some of the previous weeks
I am rejecting this response because:
Yes my deposit was sent out but it was shortI paid $to move in
and they still are arguing and telling me that I only paid $They gave me $of the $they said I paidI have all the proof that I paid $and they are still going off of what the on site manager put into the systemI am very upset still and if I don't get my other $I will be taking them to small claims court

We just recently took over this complex late Nov of 2016, and there is a new owner for this property. When we walked the units each and every one, we were not notified of the degree of any roach infestation that the previous owner had on the complex. Not one tenant provided any information or came...
forward with their concern of needing pest control. We will set up service, and maintain service on the property to abate the issues at hand. We do not know if the tenant placed requests with the previous owner, and nothing just never got done, but we will take action on the matter. The tenant can consult with the New manager on the complex, or contact the office at ###-###-####. Thank You

I have finally gotten them to come out and they are supposed to be replacing the AC unit on Tuesday 8/16/16. The case can be closed.
