She owes a remainder balance of roughly $for registration and we
agreed that I was going to use my registration services to register the car for her and I was going to pay HALF of the remaining fees

THEY WANT US TO DRIVE THE CAR MILES WITH OUT TAGS AGAIN WE CANT TAKE THAT CHANCE TO GET A TICKET IF HE AGREES TO PAY THE JUST SEND US A CHECK AND WE CAN GODO IT LOCAL AND THIS WILL BE DONE OR HE CAN GO PAY IT AT DMV WHERE HE IS AND THEN WE WILL GO IN OUR DMVNOT DRIVING THE CAR ON FREEWAY AND TAKE CHANCES TO BREAK DOWN OR EVEN GET A TICKET FOR THEM
