This company processes payments through credit card after card expired I have received numerous emails stating they could not process renewal because card on file had expired and asking that I call or go online to provide updated billing information Although I did not do either, they were able to obtain updated information from my credit card company without my permission When I called to complain, I was told that in their terms of service, it states they will go and update card without my knowledge No where in their renewal emails to me, is this stated, nor does it say they will do so I believe this is extremely deceptive to their customers and their answer is that it is located in their terms of service this has happened repeatedly over the past years, even though I never updated my billing information
