Awful experience ALL around. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this school . Driving school is not cheap so go spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about teaching the students. I was taken back by the text that was sent the morning of the driving test to explain to the student what to expect and do . The worse part is the text was send to my not my child who was taking the test. I was driving to work at the time. When I reached out to tell him he the text to the wrong person he rudely told me to resend it myself ( I was driving on the Mass pike at the time.) I was not happy but didn't want to upset my child or get the owner in a bad mood before taking my child up for the test so I just let it go. I could go on but I think you got the point. Thank You
As a courtesy on the morning of a group road test I send out a check point reminder of things they need to do that were previously taught in both the classroom and on the road. This specific road test had 26 students. I create a group text with all the students phone numbers. On the registration web page there is a place (student number) if the parent puts in their own number then correspondents will go to the parents number not the student. This parent received the text on a 26 person group chat ( that I specifically ask they not respond to that text as it is a group) she responded anyway and asked me to forward to her daughter the student. I replied (to the group not knowing who it needed to be forwarded to}that I could not as I was in the middle of sponsoring a road test and said they would have to forward themselves. I have reviewed the records for this student and I also sent out the same information (as I do to every student) a couple days before. This is not required of me, it is something I do to as a review and encouragement on this very important day for them. The check in process is also an extra service I provide where the same information is handed out, and we assist students with their RMV forms. All the information needed about the road test is also taught in the required parent class. I have 7 children, 6 of them with their drivers license and teaching them to drive is what interested me in opening a driving school. I do care about teaching the students. I have a 96% pass rate in the past year. My staff is my wife, 3 of my daughters, my son, 2 high school teachers and a long time driving instructor. At every road lesson they teach the fundamentals of driving as well as what is required to know for their driving test. If she contacted me in March of 2017 when this occurred then I could have addressed her concerns personally
