Regarding [redacted] 's account, we have credited his account with the $that he is owed and that will be paid out tomorrow, February 1, For context, the underlying issue lies with the affiliate marketing that [redacted] participates in They pay affiliate marketers a commission for sending them traffic, if the traffic converts to a purchase We, in turn, convert our commission on that sale to cash back for the member There are lots of factors involved with ensuring the member is credited with the correct commissions and, if something goes awry, we have to file an "order inquiry" with the company They then research the sale and decide whether the referral came from ID.me or if it was from a different source If we aren't attributed with the commission, then the cash back doesn't get credited to the member's account.In [redacted] 's case, we filed an order inquiry and are waiting for an answer as to whether the referral was credited to us or not In the meantime, as I mentioned before, we have credited [redacted] 's account with the amount he is owed and we will continue to follow up with [redacted] on our end We reached out to [redacted] on December 7, to notify him that we have credited his account and that he would be paid out on February 1, Please let me know if you need any other information from me or ID.me in general or if we need to do anything on our side to help resolve this issue.Best, Nick S [redacted] Manager, Member Support###-###-####***@ID.me
