Identogo

I've made two appointments with the Rock Hill, SC site.

1st appointment: I drove 25 miles, one way, to be told there were no CWP personnel
on site and I need to reschedule. Wednesday 1-24-24 1:30pm.

2nd appointment: drove 25 miles, one way, to be told the fingerprint scanner was broke.
Friday 1-26-24 10:50am.

I've drove 100+ miles and spent 6 hours of wasted time. I ask both times why
they didn't give me a courtesy call or email. I was told that it wasn't because of
them, it was a headquarters issue.

Note: When making the appointment it states that the customer will be called and/or emailed to reschedule in case there is an issue. Not happening here!

The 2nd time I wanted to talk to a manager and was told they'd give me a number
to call which I already had from the appointment sheet. Of course I wasn't allowed to
talk with a manager. That's an issue in it's self and why I was denied, I don't know.

In retrospect: I don't know who is running this site, but they should be ' FIRED '.
I really believe, if there is a manager at this site, they are in hiding. I'm a 68 year
old and I've been around a few years. " I sure hope Mr. Pierre Barrial is listening.
More important, I would like to offer my services to help clean up this mess if you're
interested. It doesn't seem to be just this site. It seem to be hereditary throughout
this organization so the issue could be as high as Director or even VP. Either way
in my opinion it needs to be looked into. I'd like to see this 2.6 star over all with your
company service to get to a 4 point something by 2025 but it's not going to happen
without a hard look at where your company is failing and Sir, it is Failing.

I had to do a background check for an employer and a Felony (Arson) showed up, I've NEVER had a Felony! So took it to the District Court where the offence supposedly took place and they checked out the case number (which was actually correct) BUT the charge was actually a misdemeanor (Non-Payment of Child Support)! Now how Identigo did that I do not know?

6/3/2022 I had an appt to be fingerprinted. Went to location and employee processed my fingerprints. System shows a price change and would not accept. My employer paid not me personally. I think my employer should be refunded.

The employee called tech support and was given another #. One would think if you have a price change the computer program would be in place to become effective that day. However, the employee of the location was very helpful.

She suggested I make another appointment After 6/1/) and come at a different time.

The customer service of Identogo is a poor example of how a company treats clients! Perhaps better training or a system that works correctly would be nice.

on 08/05/2019- I went to get my fingerprints as of today I do not have my results. The phone number listed is bad as it keeps hanging up on you when you call to speak to a person. here are the promps and phone number used *** when I pressed 6 it transferred the call and then hung up. when I check on the phone for my results it states that it can not find my account. This is why I need to speak to a person.
I need these results so I can start my clinicals for school.
