Dear Sir,When we first received
the Revdex.com complaint our first call to action was to reach out to the customer and resolve the issue.When we did call the customer his wife answered the call and she informed our phone agent that they had received the products (this is contrary to what the customer is saying in his response).We deeply regret that the customer never received their order in time for Christmas and so we gave them a 50% discountFurther, we have again reshipped the customers order after the customer again contacted us stating he never received the goods. off the items the Dance Bag has shipped from our manufacturing facility in NZ on Jan and the remaining Hard Cover books will be shipping on Jan from our manufacturing facility in the US.I request that the customer check their address as its a PO Box and because the items are a parcel it will be carded and left at their local Post Office for collection. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have received an order today in the mail. Jan 19th I will call identity direct and let them know I have received my parcel. Any other parcels received will not be picked up. I thank them for their reimbursing me the money, I will have an early Christmas gift for next year????i think it was the original package that was sent on December14th, as the parcel contained all three items. For the record my wife did not mention we received the parcel. But that does not matter now as I am happy with the product. Just not the time waiting for it ??
