Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have received an order today in the mailJan 19th I will call identity direct and let them know I have received my parcelAny other parcels received will not be picked upI thank them for their reimbursing me the money, I will have an early Christmas gift for next year????i think it was the original package that was sent on December14th, as the parcel contained all three itemsFor the record my wife did not mention we received the parcelBut that does not matter now as I am happy with the productJust not the time waiting for it ??
