flexible package (24/coverage on as-needed basis where he required our team to be available almost 24/and work on the important websites as soon as possible)We did that to show him our loyalty and hoping to do more business from him in the long-run. We are going to wave off the due amount of $and we do not hold anything against Mr*** *** and his organization. We wish him all the best and intend to resolve this issue with good faith. Thank you
