Ideal Towing

My husband's truck was towed ILLEGALLY from our apartment complex. Ideal tows just for money and are greedy bs who by the way have the RUDEST woman who answers their phones. She would not provide her name and just yelled over the phone, unnecessary! She answered the phone as the "answering service" and could not provide information or assistance. Then said she worked for the actual company and would not provide her name, how do you work for any company and not provide a name? I have worked in customer service for YEARS and I have always provided my name in any capacity of a call. This is NUMBER ONE for any customer service job, this woman is ignorant, unprofessional, and clearly UNEDUCATED hence why she works for a shyster tow company. After towing illegally, they still made my husband pay over $250 to get his truck out of impound. This is clearly a lucrative scam between the apartment complex management and this horrible towing company who just lives off of innocent tenants and are complete LEECHES. I do not think my husband should have to pay for this illegal tow at all. I will continue to post negative comments anywhere I can about this shyster shady company who make their money doing this.
