Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/10/04) */ RE: Case #XXXXXXXX Mr [redacted] move in to our apartment on 9/22/Before his lease start date because he needed to attend RMU EarlyI allowed at no extra charge to him for the extra weekHe and one other roommate signed the lease and where made aware that if the third roommate did not sign they were responsible for the entire rentAfter the first day of class he came up to our office demanding their money back because the school lied to themI explained to them that they had signed a Month contract and since they were all on one lease I could not just refund his moneyAll of the roommates never said they were moving out just Mr [redacted] He was very Irate and preceded to get very loud in our officeAfter he started moving closer to me and told me "to put my hands on him" I asked him to leaveHe said he wasn't leaving and I would need to call the copsSo I picked up the phone to call and his roommates pulled him out of the officeOn the way out he was calling me names including crackerAs far as the air we were not notified of the air not working until Sunday after they moved inWe fixed it Monday MorningThe third roommate has now signed the lease (Monday Afternoon 9-26-16)I have employees where in the room when this took place and I also have video Thank You, [redacted] Ideal Rentals

made aware that if the third roommate did not sign they were responsible for the entire rent. After the first day of class he came up to our office demanding their money back because the school lied to them. I explained to them that they had signed a 9 Month contract and since they were all on one lease I could not just refund his money. All of the roommates never said they were moving out just Mr. [redacted]. He was very Irate and preceded to get very loud in our office. After he started moving closer to me and told me "to put my hands on him" I asked him to leave. He said he wasn't leaving and I would need to call the cops. So I picked up the phone to call and his roommates pulled him out of the office. On the way out he was calling me names including cracker. As far as the air we were not notified of the air not working until Sunday after they moved in. We fixed it Monday Morning. The third roommate has now signed the lease (Monday Afternoon 9-26-16). I have 2 employees where in the room when this took place and I also have video.
