Review: I changed my heating to [redacted]. [redacted] informed [redacted] (Ideal) of the cancellation. [redacted] delivered oil at the charge of 4.19. I now have a valid contract with [redacted] at 3.39 per gal of heating oil. This will result in a 147.00 difference in [redacted]'s favor. I called [redacted] and informed them of the cancellation and the fact that they received notification of the cancellation. I called [redacted] and was informed that I could request that [redacted], in an effort to resolve this, accept 3.39 the rate of my new company. I did. I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] (###-###-####). They ([redacted]) refused to accept payment at 3.39. I'm a 43 year customer of [redacted]. They have changed in recent years from Ideal to [redacted]. I am not satisfied with them and their treatment of customers. I am loyal to a business, 43 years proves that. I have informed them I am willing to pay 3.39 per gal. I want the rate of the new company I have contracted with. Can you investigate and inform me of your findings? Thank you in advance.Desired Settlement: I am willing to pay [redacted] the amount of 470.87. The gallons I received(138.9 gallons) at the rate of 3.39 per gallon. I now have a valid contract with [redacted] at 3.39 per gal of heating oil. This will result in a 147.00 difference in [redacted]'s favor. I called [redacted] and informed them of the cancellation and the fact that they received notification of the cancellation.
