Review: Charged for a repair that they admitted they were not qualified to do.

I contacted a home warranty company to request service for a broken shower door. I wrote, in detail, what needed to be fixed. Ideal Plumbing showed up for the repair on the 13th of September and stated that they did not fix shower doors and charged me $60. I immediately called the home warranty company to complain and they put me on hold while they contacted the plumbing company. The plumber said that they had to wait at least 24 hours to receive the work write up from the technician. I called back on the 16th and left a message, which they did not return. I called on the 17th and left a message, which they did not return. In my messages I asked why they came out to do work that they were not qualified to do, and then charged me for said work. I want my $60 refunded since they have already ran it through my bank.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive the $60 they charged me to do work that they were not qualified to do. Work that they, themselves, told me that they don't do.

After calling them several times, they finally returned my phone call. They explained that it was the fault of the home warranty company. I guess it is resolved now.
