I purchased a vehicle on March 22ndI purchased the warranty as I was talked into it and signed paperwork on the 31st to have it removedIt is now may 17th and they have not taken the money off of my loan yet which costs me interest every single dayThey told it would be off on April 1st then again May 3rd I was told it would be off in one weekIt still is on there and has not been removed and the place will not return my phone callsThis is not the first problem I have complained about and nothing is being done about anything
