Review: I looked at a vacation rental townhouse on VRBO site.The management company(Idealoasis)of that listing gave me a different listing on World Travel Suite([redacted]).The pictures were beautiful and the house was very desirable.No problems with getting the keys,however,the house was no where as advertised. We needed 1.wifi because my husband works(NONE).2.Full kitchen or we could have rented a hotel(refrigerator had a broken shelf making it useless I still had a cooler filled with food that needed to be refrigerated).3.There were TVs in each room but only two were working no batteries in remote so no way of telling if the others were working.4.Light bulbs were blown some lights in the rooms/bathrooms were not working.5 The place was a dump, roaches and really dirty/filthy far cry from the pictures on the website.6.NO bathroom floormats.7.Pull out sofa were falling apart, mattresses needs to be replaced. Called agent to complain two failed attempts(no show)to come take care of the problem. Maintenance called and told me that a hotspot can be delivered however,I needed to return it to the office upon departure.Had to be at the airport 8am, anticipated to only leave the keys in the house and leave the doors locked as instructed. Finally, decided on a half stay refund and agent agreed.Refund responsibility has been passed from IdealOasis to Furnished Habitat Suites. Yet another company? This seems to be a scam. There seems to be three different companies involved when called no one takes refund responsibility. No refund department? I have been lead on a wild goose chase.Ideal Oasis. company that charged my card but kept getting the agent to give me a refund who is just an employee. World Travel Suites where the property is advertise. Furnished Habitat where the keys were picked up and has a refund email to email complains.These companies claims to be in business for 18 years.We went to their office got [redacted] accountant.or [redacted].Dead endDesired Settlement: Ideal Oasis charged my card $520 per night + $200 cleaning fee.I was ready to leave after one night but tried to resolve it with maintenance. No show waited all day on the second day wasted time on my vacation.Total charged $2080.00I want a full refund now that the company is actually a scam. The place was not as advertised and I called the very night to complain and the start of my wild goose chase nightmare.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Idealoasis.com regarding complaint ID [redacted]. As stated before in all my documents. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since day one. I have been denied any form of communication and just taken on a wild goose chase. Nothing has changed.
Review: On April *, 2017 I entered into a contract with [redacted] doing business in NYC as Ideal Oasis Management Company to rent a 3 bedroom apartment. Upon arrival at this building, I was informed that this apartment was not available and they had moved us to [redacted]. These accommodations were not acceptable due to the location, no air conditioners installed, and the lack of cleanliness. I contacted Ideal Oasis upon our arrival at this facility to complain about the change and the no air conditioning, and [redacted] said his maintenance crew would be there that afternoon to install them. When we left on Sunday morning, the air conditioners were still in the closet! We were also told we could store our luggage in the office of Ideal Oasis until check-in, but the day before I received an email that stated due to renovation, their offices were not available. I question whether their office even exists. I'd appreciate it if you could check out this company so that no other visitors to your city get "taken in" by this alleged management company.I guess my first clue should have been the mob at the end of [redacted]. Desired Settlement: I did receive $477. back from [redacted] for the difference in the rental amount for the 2 apartments, but I just don't want someone else's vacation ruined like ours was because of this alleged management company.
