to many bath tissue and keep flushing toilet.because of that all the water and overflowing faces all over the bathroom floor and in a room halfway.we did offer him punger.we don't have 24 hour housekeeper .overflowing faces and water stays more than hour because of that wood floor and padding was completely damaged.we have to replace whole wood floor plus padding,that cost us $348+tax for wood floor,$155 for padding and installation $200.total we had damaged for $703+tax.we can not rent that room.that room was remodeled 3 months ago.everything is new including new plumbing.despite of this much damaged we did not charge mr marcus not even penny.we had damaged for more than $220 what his asking.when he check in he sign registration that he is responsible for all the damages.we already send you a copy of receipt for wood floorthanks [redacted]
