Ideal helped us out at a time we couldn't get any response from other companies! It was in the 90's and we were desperate to get our Air Conditioner fixedThey were both responsive and helpful! We pay a Warranty Contract, but no one was available [redacted] was quick to respond when he had a cancellation and even diagnosed the problem before he got here!! He was professional, friendly and reasonableI will be sure to pass on their name to friends!!

[redacted] provided really excellent service. He provided answers to every question I had, which at times were quite a few. Was extremely professional and cost effective. I would highly recommend Ideal Heating and Air Conditioning any day.
