I was assigned Ideal Comfort Hearing and Air LLC through my 2-10 warranty. I had to call them two times just to get an appointment and once I finally did get an appointment it was a window between 2pm and 5pm. Close to 5 pm they still had not shown so I called and left a message asking if they were still coming. [redacted] called me back and let me know that I was on his list but there were still 6 calls in front of me and he would get here when he could. I wanted another 3 hours and 45 minuets and he finally showed up. He came in to service my a/c no sorry I’m late, nothing. He went about servicing my unit and then when he presented me with the bill I politely asked if there were any discounts for them being almost 4 hours late. He said “Nope”, and then said very sarcastically were just “busy, busy, busy”. I have no issues paying for service I just feel that if an appointment window is missed, a call would have been nice to let me know they are running late. Also an I’m sorry we are running behind would be nice too.
Ideal Comfort repaired my Ruud 3.5 ton heat pump three times in three months for the same problem of a line leaking. It broke again and I had another company do the repair. I spent over $1000 on freon for these repairs. This company should have at least recognized they should do something different after the second attempt.
