After contacting Ideal Climate about the poor cleaning of the AC units, they came back to correct this situation, they cleaned the unit thoroughly and were very professional, I feel confident to recommend them as they were very responsible and stood by their work

My home insurance company contacted Ideal Climate when I reported that the air-conditioning our home was no working properly, the temperature did not go below 82F
The technicians from Ideal Climate reviewed the units (3) and informed me that the units needed cleaning, the insurance company does not cover this service. Ideal Climate technicians came several days later to do a deep cleaning of the units. Several days went by and the temperature did not go below 82F, I recalled my insurance company and they sent different technicians who reviewed the units, indicated one unit had a burned board. The insurance company sent a technician from G & G Enterprise G.C. HVAC/R Division for a second opinion. They found the units had not been cleaned. photos were taken of the dirty units. This is an outrageous bad practice. Apparently the $190 that Ideal Climate charged my for the service they did not provide is also much higher than the growing rate.
