RESPONSE 10/1/14: Sullivan Tire apologized to Mr*** and gave him a gift certificate for his inconvenience and admitted that we dropped the ball and should have called the customer when we starting running late while working on his vehicle which should have been done the day before.
We have taken action with the manager and sales person involved to prevent this from happening again
