Hello ***,? in regards to your complain about the satellite radio, I looked again at the listing and there is nothing saying that the car has ACTIVE SATELLITE RADIOBefore you and your wife bought the car you asked me what's included in the Convenience and Cold Weather Packages, and I gave you a list of options (attached).? A week after the vehicle was purchased your wife [redacted] brought the car to BMW of Minnetonka for seat calibration (which iDeal Auto Imports agreed to pay as a courtesy), and she spoke with my partner German who told her that we will not pay for the satellite radio activationShe still had it activated and BMW of Minnetonka wanted us to pay for it which I told them we won't because we did not authorize it.? In regards to the inspection that was performed at BMW of Minnetonka a week after you bought the vehicle, and the list of recommendations they provided, we agreed to replace everything on their list after our mechanic verifies the issues (oil cooler housing gaskets, damaged rear brake pad sensor, and idler pulley except for the rubber bushings which is a wear and tear item and wasn't making any noise when driving the vehicle)Your wife [redacted] made an appointment with us in person on Monday afternoon of July 17th to have the repairs done at iDeal Auto on Monday July 24thWe ordered all the parts the same day and offered her a courtesy loanerBesides discussing the plan of action over the phone with your wife, I have have been emailing with both you and your wife since July 13th when you got the list of recommendations from BMWLast email I sent to both of you with an update was on Tuesday July 18th at? 4:PM (all the email correspondence attached).?
? I am rejecting this response because: I am still getting a run around from this companyThey waste time over and overLast week they said the parts would be at IDeal on MondayMy wife shows up takes the loaner car then gets a call hours later saying the parts are not in yet? Then on top of that the sales team is just down right rudeI guess I don't get why at this pointThey have wasted our time separate times at this pointInstead of calling and telling us the parts won't be in until Thursday my wife take time to drive there then has to go back and get her carI understand it isn't their time, but this is getting to be a mistake that we ever purchased a car from IDealAt this point I don't want them to pay for the satelliteI want the vehicle to be repaired by a BMW certified mechanicIf that cannot happen then they need to let us bring it to BMW and have them repair it and they can pay the billweeks after purchasing a car and they still can't seem to do what was promised seems a little ridiculous.?

Revdex.com spoke to Max ***, to get further clarification as to 'chain of ownership' on vehicle, any possible warranty coverage / willingness to work with customer on goodwill basis, etc.Mr *** reiterated that iDeal initially attempted to work with Mr *** toward a resolution, but when the dealership asked him to take the car to a specified service facility, the customer opted to take the vehicle elsewhere. He says iDeal remains firm in its position on this matter, and will not participating in repairs on this vehicle
I am rejecting this response because: The only reason my dealership even got involved is because they claimed they could finance the vehicle. They could not. Because they had no business banking relationships my vehicle had to be wholesled then sold to me through an intermediary dealership so it could be financed to my business

You or your wife never confirmed your appointment for Monday when I was asking you in the previous message via Revdex.com last weekThe parts were ordered last week but only arrived on Monday afternoon, and weren't here in the morning when your wife showed up.Who in particular was rude to your wife on Monday because I was not here, so I can have it addressed? She dropped the car this morning for the repairs and was provided with a loanerCan you get on the same page with her because I am confused what you need at this point from us, since she dropped off the vehicle with us at 11:am this morning for the repairs we agreed to do for you and she didn't mention a thing to meNow when your car is almost fixed you are messaging me that you don't want us to fix it anymore?
