Prospective customer called and made a request to be removed from our mailing list. I explained I would be happy to send the request to our direct mail marketing company and have him removed immediately however I also explained to him that there may be mail already in production in which case...

he could possibly receive 1-2 more pieces but that ultimately he would be removed from all future mailings. I took prospective customers name and address over the phone and promptly forwarded that in a "DO NOT MAIL REQUEST" to our marketing company. Our marketing company later sent confirmation that the prospective customer had been removed. Prospective customer will no longer receive mail from Idaho Auto Credit or [redacted].Thank you
