directly by ID Card Now regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received the duplicate cards from our original order (paid in full on 9/**/15) I am still missing the New Employee cards and their duplicates (order placed in late **/15) These cards were to be provided free of charge due to the delay in our fall order
