Review: I paid Icy Hot Mechanical $12,000 to install a Fujitsu air conditioning system in my apartment. The installation was completed and within 15 days the system stopped working. There was no cold air. I called them many times. I emailed them many times. They never responded. I hired another company to come and fix the system. There were several freon leaks because of the inferior installation. It took the repair company two full days to repair the three leaks and add more freon and test. It cost me an additional $3000.
Icy Hot Mechanical has still not responded. They are a terrible company.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for repairing the system ($3000)
