Review: I placed an order for a paging service according to the website if a order was placed after the deadline it would go out the next business day. I placed the order on Sunday 6/16/2013. I waited a couple of days before checking the status. When I checked it still says that the order is pending. So I sent an inquiry through their online contact us section still no response after two days went by. I then tried calling the customer service number during business hours. Every time I call throughout the day it states that due to heavy call volume they can not answer and the mailbox is full. I sent another email from their contact us and a reply email from my order confirmation. I would rather get my money back because I do not want to do business with a company that doesn't keep their word according to the information on the site.Desired Settlement: Cancel my order and refund my money because this is poor service.
