To whom it may concern, we are in receipt of this complaint and the following is our response. Arizona which is where all the La Z Boy product is dropped off for us to provide that service. We only run that particular shipping lane (being Lake Havasu, Kingman, FT Mojave, Bullhead City, and Las Vegas Nevada) approx. every 10 – 14 days. Our last run through that area was on 9/21. The shipment in question arrived on 9/23 at our Phoenix facility. It is loaded on a trailer and scheduled for the first delivery on Wednesday 10/5 which is 14 days from our last run and 12 days since the product was delivered to us in Phoenix. Our actual customer is La Z Boy first then the consignee store being Lake Havasu Bedding & Furniture second. We have never spoken to  [redacted] nor did we sell him any furniture or make him any promises on when this product would arrive in Lake Havasu. What we find rather frustrating is if this was such an issue the store could have come after the product in Phoenix, made other arrangements if this shipment was a rush such as another carrier etc. In fact if the store would have made us aware even the customer could have come after this product. Being a specialized furniture carrier we have never represented ourselves as an overnight/common carrier. And our record with the Revdex.com proves that we take care of business the way a company should. We also contacted Mr. [redacted] directly and confirmed that he never had a discussion with anyone from Prime Time with regards to this matter. It would also appear that his main issue is that he ordered this from La Z Boy back in June and is still waiting for his purchase.
