If the 7 day free trial is not canceled within the 7 day period, after the 9th day the credit card on file is charged.In researching our customer care call information, we did not see a record of [redacted] calling into customer care to cancel. Please note there is also a way for every customer to cancel from within their online account, as well as instructions within our automated phone system on how to do so. It is our intent to satisfy every customer and subscriber of iConfidential, we have as per the complaint issued to you, refunded all of his charges to his card.
