Review: On August **, 2014 I parked a 2014 C300 at the garage and the attendant side swiped my front left bumper of my car. When I came to pick up the car it was brought all the way outside making me walk behind the car to avoid me seeing the damage. when I got home I called the garage after seeing the damages and the parking attendant knew what I was talking about and advised to call him [redacted] Monday from 7 am to 7 pm. I spoke with [redacted] explained what happened and asked to see the survallance camera of my car entering damage free and leaving with the damage. [redacted] gave me the number of his boss [redacted] at ###-###-####. I have called him numerous times without a call back was told to email him. which I did with the photos of the damage and receipt of parking, and have not gotten a response to any emails or calls.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the damages caused by their staff member.
