This Bank cheats on customer. They harass their customer for EVERY request (raised online/call center/email) asking for feedback till you don't give feedback (for successfully closed cases) through phone call.
In case, you have complained anything then they are LEAST bothered about your query, if they are at fault and they will simply ignore your complaint. Also, it seems to me like they share customer contact number with third party advertisement company to make extra money.

In response to your additional questions, India is responsible for these accounts. These are not products that are offered in USA. As I stated in my original response, ICICI Bank Limited, New York Branch is a wholesale bank and as such we do not have any retail activity in USA. The name that you have given is not an employee of the Bank and I do not know why a US contact name was provided as USA does not control the content of the NRI site nor do we offer any retail activity. Furthermore, if you wish to close your account with ICICI Bank Limited India that is your prerogative to do so. ICICI Bank Limited, New York Branch does not have access to any of your account information as this would create confidentiality issues.

thanks for the response, but I have a question regarding ICICI NRI product, which country USA or India is responsible for those kind of accounts?
I just attached the USA point of contact number which is available as per your website for NRI customers. I was provided NRI video banking and all those other options which never works, I tried calling so many times using NRI video but no one response. Are those business and products are not part of USA branch? If not then why US contact number is available on the NRI site?
If you still feel and sure that this is none of your business as ICICI to take care of NRI products, then let em know I will close this complaint.

Review: I got a prepaid travel card from ICICI Bank. On [redacted] of march, my prepaid account was debited $1100 through 5 transactions that happened at [redacted]". The store is thousands of miles from the place I live. The prepaid card is still will me and it has been in a secure place all the time. Someone else has fraudulently used my prepaid card account and stole my money. I notified the bank immediately and blocked my card . But the complaint I registered with the ICICI bank for the money I lost is not helpful. The bank has replied that they wont credit my money back. I want your help in getting my money backDesired Settlement: I want the entire amount $1100 to be returned to me at the earliest.

Review: I am ICICI customer from last few years. I have the account in USD which had money in CD at old interest. I wanted to break the CD and convert into new CD. I told customer service representative who gave me Step by step guidance on how to do it online.

The problem is he mislead me for his commission and I end up transferring all my money in [redacted] account. Calling customer service again would not put my same amount in USD. They are saying once transferred to India it needs to be transferred back at the rate which is current rate.

I feel like the customer service agent cheated me for his commission and this is Fraud and cheating.Desired Settlement: I need money same money in my USD which was before it got transferred and I was Mislead and cheated.

Review: On September ** I issued a request to send $576 to my employee in India. It is now October ** and my employee in India still does not have the money. The service keeps coming up with all kinds of silly reasons to delay the transaction. First it was that the name was not 100% correct. Then it was that they needed a copy of my statement. I would send it and they would claim that they never received it. Then they claimed that they received it but it was in the wrong format. Then after sending it again, they claim that they never received that one too. Then they say that it is in processing but now they want proof that this is not money laundering. Meanwhile it has been over a month that the funds have been withheld! They harass both me and my recipient of the money and keep my money the whole time!Desired Settlement: They should, without delay, REMIT THE FUNDS!
