Ichiban Japanese Steak House

Everyone makes mistake. The customers had ordered food from us every often, and I am very sure that this is the first mistake we ever made on her order. I offered her 2 option to solve the issue. Option 1, I would give her $3 credit without bringing the food back to us. Option 2, if she brought the food back to us, I would offer her full refund. The Customer wanted her full refund but refused to bring the food back.

She then stated back to me that it basically was not exceptable that every order needed to be checked that she works at BW'and they check every order going outI told her if she brought the food back in I would give her a FULL REFUND if not I would refund her for the vegetable's which was the $She has never mentioned to myself or any of my waitresses that she has a carrot allergyNot that it changes the fact that the vegetables were not on the side but those kind of things need to be brought to are attention
