An order(s) was placed this this party, and had at least one outstanding invoice older than months With numerous attempts to collect this dept over this period of time, they did not respond Once they finally responded to our warning of sending them to collections, we informed her that we are a self-service portal and she has access to the same info that we do, and that all invoices and related data is available by logging back into her account She refused our numerous attempts to direct her, and eventually hung up on me I do not recall how this matter was actually resolved, but we recently received payment from her in the amount owed
