I asked the customer to send their speaker back and after they did I sent the wrong replacementI also did not maintain good communication that the buyer deserved.? I have no excuse for thisWe hold ourselves to a much higher standard than this and usually meet that standard.? We have issued a complete refund to the customer and allowed them to keep the second speaker with no charge.? This is a case where I made a mistake and vow to learn from it.?
