submitting the proposal and contract to validate our claim. The contract does not state or give amonetary bid of installing insulation. Mr.[redacted] ( [redacted]’s father ) intervened after the remediation process andall items of the contract had been completed. At no time did [redacted] or his father contact me about a price toinstall insulation.Mr.[redacted] apparently asked one of the laborers how much he thought it would cost to re­insulate. This wasnot discussed with me and no formal proposal was ever produced. [redacted] never was a part of any of thesediscussions. The contract was between Ice Blasters and [redacted].
