We ordered Cardell cherry cabinetry for a complete kitchen re-model about a year and a half ago. Working with Icabinetry direct was productive and stress-free. [redacted] was always available by phone and/or e-mail, extremely helpful and highly professional. We were not used to doing this kind of business on-line and at first we were somewhat apprehensive, but [redacted] made the process streamlined and pleasant for us. What could have been confusing (the actual order!) was actually pretty simple. We were so impressed with [redacted]'s knowledge, honesty, and professionalism, as well as with his willingness to work with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted! Because of [redacted] and because of the way the Icabinetry system worked, the experience was so much better than any service we have had at local outlets such as Lowe's or Home Depot where it is difficult to get answers about different grades of wood, etc. The cabinets are stunningly beautiful and the work is of very high quality. We would definitely do business with [redacted] and with Icabinetry again.
