Review: I purchased a Reebok Phila Eagles white- pink breast cancer hat for my wife for Christmas, however the hat I received is just a white hat with an Eagles symbol on the front & sides, So it was the wrong hot. I tried contacting support using [email protected] and received a response from [redacted]. He mention that he had stock coming in and that I would be receiving a replacement. That email was on Dec 30th, and I haven't received or heard from anyone again. I tried to resend the message multiple times to [email protected] but no one has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: I would either like the hat I purchased or a full refund.
