Good Morning ***, regarding this complaint, Mrs*** is totally incorrectHer car repairs were completed and was satisfied with the repairIt was about days later that she had called me about the vehicle over heating againHer husband stated to me that the vehicle had not been driven
whatsoever, upon checking the vehicle again, the vehicle had been driven approximately miles, and also driven without oil, which would cause a vehicle to run hotWhile the vehicle was in my shop, I drove the car for days in the middle of the summer heat with the a/c on, and not once did the car over heat*** and her husband both stated to me they had no money to pay me from the very first time, so I extended my hand to help them, by giving them payments for the repair, and took them one and a half months to pay meIn my opinion, this is an attempt to recover money from me due to the fact they have no moneyIf the vehicle was not complete as she stated in her complaint, then why would she even pay me the balance of what was owed to me over a month later> When she claims it was only one day after the repair? In closing, I'm very sad that anyone would try and recover money for repairs that were honestly earned, and also, take advantage of my kindness in giving them a payment planThank you for looking into this matter, and I hope the best for *** and her husband.
