Review: I went to Doctor Arakelova, DDS for upper and lower dentures. the patient responsibility was $80.00. I agreed to flexi- dentures instead of the standard covered by my insurance.. The doctor quoted $500.00 plus my deductible of $80.00.

After xrays the doctor found that the upper flexi-dentures would not suit me. However, we agrred to the lower flexi-dentures. Doctor Arakelova said instead of $500.00 it would be $200 something.

When I returned for fitting I was quoted $380.00 total. That was not the $200.00 plus something the doctor had quoted. However, I accepted it because it included my $80.00 deductible. My insurance company approved the procedure on 10/**/2015.

I left with my new dentures on 11/**/15 after my final cash payment of $255.00(doctor doesn't accept credit cards. the last $255.00.

2 weeks later I received a call from the doctor's office telling me that they made a mistake and that I owe them $80.00 additional.

The doctor is now trying to retain my insurance in this complicity my having me sign forms that should have been provided while the service was being provided not 2months after completion. My insurance company has been notified and a complaint and appeal has been requested.Desired Settlement: The doctor is trying to extract an additional $80.00 after receiving final payment of the $380.00. Claiming they made a mistake. I do not owe any monies.
