buy a car for the value of $ 1,648 paying $ 1300 on Friday 811/17 and they only accept 1348 maximum in cash per person, leave all the money ($ 1648) $ 300 missing they applied themselves on Monday 8/14/17 . the car was made the withdrawal order, send a tow truck to pick up the car and board it because the car was going outside the United States and when the crane arrived they refused the delivery because the storage was due I told them I would pay it, but they said that the car had been lost because the payment was not made on time, but I paid on time they were left with the money they applied in two payments, but the money is already in their hands totally, I do not know what the problem was. I was fined $ 1000 for not having made the payment on time and $ 50 because it was made in two parts, I believe it is an abuse on behalf of this company.
Buyer contacted branch on 8/17/2017 disputing a $50 late charge and storage accrual. He advised he paid in Seattle on 8.11.17. I tried explaining this to him the payment was due on the 8th which is why there is a late fee, but he argued and became hostile over the phone with me stating he was advised by someone in Seattle he had until the 11th to pay and pick up the vehicle. I am unable to waive late fees. I tried explaining to him again that buyers have 3 days to pay and 5 days to pick up their cars before there is a late pay penalty and storage begins accruing and if not paid by 10 days, files are reneged and there is a $1000 of 15% of purchase price renege penalty applied to the buyer's file and the buyer is banned from purchasing until they pay the fees. He refused to pay the late fee and became even more hostile so I ended the call. I gave him several more days to pay the late fee and pick up his vehicle which he did not do so his file was reneged on 8.23.17. We refunded him the partial payment he previously made which he gave authorization for us to use to pay the renege penalty of $1000. Please see buyer file notes attached.

Herbert C that is a lie, I told them that I would pay the storege and they did not accept because they said that by company policy they do not accept storage payments the crane went for the car 10 days later and I decided to pay what they would charge and they said resounding . I had ten days to pick up the car and that was the deal. 50 dollars charged them because the money was credited according to them in two payments but if they watch the video I left all the money at once, they credit $ 1,348 on Friday and Monday the other $ 300 dollars but all the money was in their hands.
