I am confused because of the packaging of ReTrack Ear Buds again, a brand of iWorldnycOn packaging it clearly states this is an iWorldNyc product and to log on their web site at *** to contact them regarding warranty issuesSecond, I made attempt to contact them again, after their web site iworldnyc.com was up and runningAgain, I received no answer.
So what I am understanding is that their a two companies named iWorld??, please clarify this for me?? Because, I am VERY Again, it was not my intention to contact the wrong company

There seems to be some confusion with companies. Our company iWorld never made a retractable earbud. We would like to resolve the issue, please have the complainant send us an image of the packaging. 
Re Track is its own company that does make retractable earbuds.

After an extensive investigation by [redacted], they ([redacted]) apologize for giving me the WRONG information and given me the correct information which was ReTrak. The matter has been resolve.

Review: Purchase Iworldnyc brand of ReTrak Retractable Stereo Earphones from [redacted] about a two months and half months ago. Recently, the right ear bid went out and I tried to take it back to [redacted] for an exchange but was told that because of store policy, I had to contact the manufacture. What is interesting on the box of ReTrak Retractable Stereo Earphones they say that they offer a lifetime warranty. I tried to email iworldnyc but I have not received any response from them. Also, I tried to log on to their website, iworldnyc.com but html codes appear on the site as though they are no longer in business.Desired Settlement: At this time, what I am asking for is a replacement for ReTrak Retractable Stereo Earphones.
