Horrible Customer Service by employee
I had order 3 hard hat neck shades from this store on the 18th of July, 2018. I paid for my products over the phone with my credit card via the invoice that was submitted to me. I was told that my order "Would be in by that Friday the 20th of July and a store employee will call me to inform me that my order is in", I had called on July 20th at 5:29 pm to see if my products were in since I had not heard anything from the store. I was told by employee *** that the "order was on back order and that he will call me in a few days to let me know what he has found out". On July 23, 2018 at 3:44pm I had called again to see what was happening with my order, again speaking with ***, he informed that the order was still on back order and that " He will contact the company first thing in the morning to see what was going on with order and the status of the back order and that he will give me a call the next day (the 24th) to inform me of what he had found out. I still have not heard anything from back as usual, so yet again I had called on July 26, 2018 at 12:13 pm to inquire the status of my order. Once again I had spoke with *** and he said "that the order still on back order and does not know when it will be released" I said okay, I was going to call my boyfriend to let him know what the status was (the products are for my boyfriend's union job). After speaking with my boyfriend we decided to cancel the order. I called back and spoke with ***, informing him that I was cancelling my order and would like my money back. *** said "okay we can do that for you", I said thank you, and Ryan's response to me was " I would tell your boyfriend that if waits and orders the neck shades in the fall or winter time, he would get a 50% discount and actually get his order on time" I explained that this was product that he needed now due to his work condition and yet again Ryan explained that my boyfriend "choose to order at the wrong time and wrong season". He said that he will send me a refund confirmation email and put the money back on to my credit card.

Desired Outcome

I want the store owner to be informed that they have employees that blame their customers for not ordering products that they need in the "Wrong seasons" and that they give customers the run around about their orders informing customers that they "will look into the order and give the customer a call back", but never do.

I stoped in at iworkandplay on 1-13-18. I was interested in having business shirts made for my painting business. The owner was not in and I was given an email to contact him. I didf he responded instantly the next day I went back to to his business to discuss the shirts, in are talks he said he did businees cards, signs andcvan design company vehicle logos.He also gave me a contact for another business that did web sites. He was on it within a few days had a logo done and it looked sharp. He made the shirts and they looked great. a few days latter I noticed the ferral on the brush wasnt excactly how I wantedand I wanted to change it. I said the shirts are ok but did not want my signs and logos and cards to look like it.joihn said he dont charge for graphics I said you said you could design the logo when I came in.He didnt like the fact I chagled him on what he said.I paid him upfront in full big mistake. He gave me the email to the person that does that part of the business. Told him I wouild like the ferall changed.Now all these conversations are thru email and I have everyone printed out. He got smart with me said it was already cut.Now the part of the brush on the logo is a 3x4 vynal ut out. I said charge me then. this is about 1 week or so after I poaid them in full for everthing.I asked if cards signs and magnets were done they said that they havnt made them.I said great my bussness has changed to LLC and it n eeds to be added on that truck and. trailer. 7 weeks later after muytipal emails back and fourth. they gy my truck and trailer in to do graphics. I was told it was done and I could go get it the signs crds and magnets. it wasnt done nor was it even close plus it was wrong at what they had done. I said I want it done right and left. came back the next day. still wasnt correct. I took it the cards magnets ad signs. I called the owner who answered and said he would call back he didn't. I also bought a couple sweaters that he has never given me.
