Mounir D met with me fraudulently representing himself as an agent of Bluegreen resorts to sell us timeshare vacation points. We made a purchase with him sending $6320 to his I secure International LLC. Mounir wa snot authorized to make such a contract between us and Bluegreen so this transaction was more than a breach of contract, it was fraud, void, and a theft. We are now out $6320 and no additional timeshare vacation points are in our account.
