I had my truck for two days and learned that the odometer had been tampered with to not show warning lights that where indicated when I drove off.I bought my [redacted] on Feb 22,2015. I test drove the vehicle and it drove ok. The guy who was in charge of the sale of the vehicle even said the truck was fine no major issues just some cosmetic damage. The instrument cluster was clear no lights where on while test driving. When I got to my home my check engine light was on and I imediately took it to get a reading and the car has several issues including false wiring, it leaks coolant, transmission problems, among other problems. I texted [redacted] and asked if I could get a different vehicle or at least give me a partial refund and he said no the car was as is and the boss man will not allow it. Desired SettlementI Just would like a better vehicle, a partial refund to do some repairs or for the company to pay for some of the repairs.

Not a man of his word..I wish I would had read some of the reviews here before going to I & R auto. So to anyone that may even think about taking your business there I would think again. I & R put in writing that he would send me a part for my car once it came in and it's been 4 months later and I still have not recieved the part. I call and get a different excuse every time. It has now gotten to a point where he want even answer my calls. This is not the way you do good business. I will NEVER recommend I & R Auto to anyone.Desired SettlementI want the part.

I&R Auto sold me a car that had water in the engine which broke down on me 2 days after purchase and refused to refund me all of the money I paid I gave I&R Auto $2,000.00 cash on the purchase of a [redacted] I purchase the car on 2/28/2015 and he car broke down on me on I-85 in Greensboro, North Carolina on 03/01/2015. A mobile mechanic came to the sight were the car had broke down where my life was endangered and informed me that the car had water in the engine and thats why the car broke down. I&R refused to give me all of money back and gave me just $1,120.00 saying that they were going to keep $880.00 dollars for the repair of the car in which they couldn't provide a vaild receipt and also a car that I didn't keept. After 03/01/2015 I&R Auto had the car back in their possession.Desired SettlementThe resolution that I am seeking from I&R Auto is the recieve a refund of the $880.00 they kept from me saying that it was for the repair of the car in which I was not responsible for damaging.

Bought a lemon from I&R AutoMy son bought a [redacted] on 2/25/2015 and the engine went out on 3/06/2015. I went to the dealership and I was told that [redacted] would be in at 12:00, which he was not. When I spoke to his wife over the phone, I had ask for them to come so we could discuss this in person;in which they did not. [redacted] was not man enough to get on the phone but he did respond only through [redacted]. The was that I bought it "as is". "As is" but the engine blown in nine days. That sounds like a lemon and they knew it.How can a car pass inspection and then the engine blow in nine days.Desired SettlementI would like for I&R to replace the engine. I do not expect for the money to be returned but they should be honest and professional.In which they are not.

Before we bought our used mini-van, the ac/heat was supposed to be working as per their windshield advertisement. We did the test drive and the heat was not working. We spoke with the owners [redacted] and his wife) about it and they assured us that they would fix the heater in the van, so we bought it. Those were the terms in order for us to buy it - heater would get fixed by them. We bought the vehicle on 08/17/2013 and till this day we do not have our heater fixed. It has been very cold and I have children that have to ride in a freezing van. They out sourced their work to Mr. [redacted] who changed the thermostat and that was it, but still no heat! My husband and I told them the heat still didn't work, and Mr. [redacted] said that he had already paid [redacted] who told him it was fixed and said he would look into it. Weeks turning to months later and constant ignored calls and messages left, we are no better off. Neither [redacted] or [redacted] want to face us or talk to us. The last attempt was going to try and see Mr. [redacted] in the [redacted] dealership (was not there)and spoke with their mechanic, [redacted] who got a hold of him by phone; letting us know that [redacted] was not going to do anything else for us. He said that he had already paid [redacted] for the job and he had done his part and He was not responsible anymore (didn't matter that heater was not fixed). They changed out the thermostat and that was not even the problem! I need help with this whole situation.
