Review: This is the e-mail conversation between me and the business that explains everything.wow we really dont care about customers that complain about everything....[redacted] do us a favor and find a new pizza place !!!! You have such a great business mindset. On Sat, Nov 3, 2012 at 4:13 PM, [redacted]@aol.com wrote:ok thank you In a message dated 11/1/2012 3:14:32 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time,[redacted]@gmail.com writes:I recently ordered dinners from you and was very displeased. The stromboli came with no marinara, the steak sandwhich I ordered with just cheese and marinara also didn't come with marinara, and the penne with shrimp and broccoli had shells in it. I called to let you know and I was told you'd send out a new steak sandwich but you wanted the other one back (very rudely). Because of this and having multiple burned pizzas, I will no longer order from you.Desired Settlement: I feel if they took the information as a critique and was not rude I would've left it. I've heard many people complain about them.

Response:
Spoke to the manager at the business who advises the Revdex.com that he was present when this incident took place. He advises that the consumer called and ordered an item. The item was made and delivered to her. She then called back and complained that she was not happy with her order. The manager whom she spoke with asked what he could do to correct the situation. He retook her order and asked that she give the driver back the original food and sent it out to her within 10 minutes. The consumer then called the business back and spoke to the owner claiming that the manager was rude to her on the phone when asking for the original food back. The owner told the consumer that he was standing near by when she was speaking to the manager and that his employee was in no way rude to her. The consumer then became confrontational to the owner. The owner did not want to argue with the consumer so he kindly advised her that it would be better for her and the business if she found another pizza shop to order from. The consumer went on to post negative remarks to online sites that the business has kept filed. The business would prefer that the consumer take her business to another restaurant.
