I placed an order on Sept 6th. My credit card was charged on the same date. I was told via email I would receive the item between 4-6 weeks. When I have tried to call the number listed on their website you have zero chance of speaking with a customer rep. Thankfully I used my American Express and was taken care of from them. I will not attempt to purchase from them again and urge anyone reading this to be very cautious.
After the customer service I just received, if I could give less than one star, I would. Sent wrong initials for monogram and would not fix, and/or refund money- but was happy to canceled my account... after I have been a great customer for over a year and a half. Not sure who "Angie" is, who answers their emails, but customer service is terrible and no phone number to call if you want to speak to a real person. So disappointing.
I have tried and tried to cancel my Monobox subscription. I have sent multiple emails, with no response. I have called and called, and the phone always rings busy. I've been a long time customer, and have seen how this company exploded. They should have focused on quality rather than quantity. In the same beginning the items were awesome! Then they have started sending cheap coin purses about every other month and cheap necklaces that I would heaver wear. I just keep giving them to my daughters. In February, they want to charge $25 for a monogrammed green hat, a cup and a pair of cheap earrings. I just ordered a monogrammed hat for my daughter from another site for $12.00. If you want terrible customer service, fluctuating products each month, this is the company for you!! They would not contact me back yesterday because they were too busy posting pictures of drinking wine, and other posts. Check out their site, I think 1/3 of their posts are about alcohol. Reconsider before eating your time and money on this company. There are many monogram companies out there!!!
