I placed my order (and was charged) in November It's now January and I still have no deliveryAlthough I received an email on December saying my order had been shipped(Tracking info said it never arrived to usps, just that they've been alerted) Today, I received confirmation that I've been charged for the next months subscription I have emailedgot an automatic response saying that they'll email me back in the order receivedThat's been over a week ago Tried calling them...no answer I'm filing this because I've seen several of the same complaints from other customers and this company is still sending advertisements to gain more customers when they aren't even delivering the products they've already soldRight now, they're just taking people's money

I ordered a Sherpa pullover in November and still have not received itNo one is addressing the issue whatsoever even after several emails and multiple calls! Who does business like thisThey took payment right away and haven't delivered and are not even attempting to resolve itAt this rate, I am unsure if I will ever get the product, when I will the product

Call better business business Beau on them and you every you paid thru PayPal or whatever they also own I loveJewelry and their reviews are awful ... google and see all the bad reviews.

Call better business bureau they also own sunshine sisters and they know them they are awful with customers they want your money and they say you get your stuff 7 to 10 days ... if you pay with PayPal or one of them you can report them .and they will close their account ...

Hello...I ordered A gold wire wrapped pearl bracelet Received it within a week or two I love it and ordered a set of wire wrapped bracelets today I received a percent discount for this order So far so good Hoping there is another positive experience for me This is why I choose to order with them again

The worst online purchase experience ever Purchased a shirt Aug 21st Needed for a Oct 2nd gift for birthdayItem stated 3-week delivery I tried contacting this business several times had no luck in getting any reply or communication Didnt receive item for birthday gifting Finally posted comment on there facebook page they just delete it and block you if its a negative comment months later almost and still no shirt Filed a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back Beware there still posting and taking others money though on facebook

Company will not respond as I have proof of emails sent and received about my items that I have complained about Dec Mono box was changed to Xlarge, when rcvd the top was Xlarge and the bottoms was S/MD?? The 2nd item, Serpa Pullover, emailed in plenty of time to change the size, but was told "true to size" when received it was SUPER SMALL! Company WILL NOT respond & will not answer the phone I have canceled my subscription due to these items, I am so disappointed!

Do not order from this company! They sent me an item that didn't even come close to their suggested sizing chart and now after emails to them and a phone number that appears to be disconnected, I am stuck with merchandise that I can't even wear!

BE CARFEUL... This company continued to charge my card illegally even after 6 emails to cancel. The customer service is terrible. I finally had to get my bank fraud department involved! Not to mention the quality of the items is AWFUL, SEE THROUGH and CHEAP!

This company is a rip offIn the beginning of the month they were giving out a monogrammed necklace, monogrammed shirts, monogrammed vinyl sticker & something else smallI got a t shirt & and cheap necklace and bracelets that looked like I bought them on an online China storeThey said in their Facebook sponsors everything in the monthly box added up to be $None of my Jewerly was monogrammedWhich is advertisingToday I called to check on my package (second time I called today because the first time they didn't answer and I got sent to the mailbox and I couldn't even leave one because the mailbox is to fullAnd that wasn't the first time(HINT LISTEN TO YOUR MESSAGES)!! The second time someone finally answered me and she was SUPER RUDE! I think the people who got the crappy end of the stick should either get a reembursement or another monogrammed piece to help even it out because you have advertisingNothing I got was worth more than bucks!!

I Love Jewelry Auctions took my money and sent me nothing in return-- I ordered a bracelet, which I am convinced I will NEVER receive
They do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phones
As far as I am concerned, they are con artists utilizing the web to scam people out of their moneyThey are the equivalent to check fraud & credit card fraud criminals

Placed an over months agoThey will not refund me the money nor will they tell me when it can ship

I received four pairs of monogrammed slippers the day before Christmas. All four were the wrong color. The monogramming was so bad that I couldn't tell what the letters were on all four pair. It's looks like the mongram machine was off stitch. These were xmas gifts that I was too embarrassed to even give as gifts. The sizes were all not true to size and all four pair were grossly too small. I've sent three emails and have received no response. The customer service number might as well be disconnected because it answers and then hangs up on you cause no one answers. Never make a purchase with this company. You're stuck with whatever crap they send you and I'm out almost $100.
