Contacted this company January I believe, the gentleman I spoke with explained everything and assured me resultsso I went with this company and received a year guaranteeToday I was looking up the company and found this horrible Revdex.com ratingi called the company and I spoke withTony, who assured me that #Revdex.com ratings are not 100% fair and what generally happens is other competitor companies file bogus claims! #to avoid such, that anyone with a cr can call in with any problem with service and receive a solution or a refundSo being as though I used the company prior and a year later no bed bugs! I gave their number to my co-worker who is having a time with bed bugsi also informed her of the rating and told her to review this company after service as wellWith my use of this company I will proudly recommend this company and their pricing was affordable and the results speak for its selfI personally think that small companies like this depend on its real consumers and to have a trusted service allow unfounded resultsis beyond my comprehentionuntil I know otherwise this company is A+++ with me and I will use their services when needed

So being as though I used the company prior and a year later no bed bugs!
