I am rejecting this response because: This woman is lying and bad mouthing the camp and delivery service that helped put her in business! How can the camp mix up the laundry of a camper that's not even in the same division of my childI've wasted time, money and energy and I am sure this woman will not have a business next year due to her lack of customer service and business savvyv

We have explained to [redacted] that I Hate Camp Laundry can only wash and return the items her camp sent to us. Her complaint is that her items were mixed up with other kids and that she is missing items.  When we received her bags from her camp, via their (not our) shipping company we knew something was wrong right away.  We immediately sent her a picture of the items we received from her bags upon opening her duffels because she had paid for two bags but her camp sent us three full bags.  We explained at that time that her camp must have added other campers’ belongings to her bags and also put some of her child’s clothes in other bags of campers who are not our I Hate Camp Laundry clients.  To be clear, it was her camp that did this, not I Hate Camp Laundry and we notified her as soon as we discovered it.  Even still, as a courtesy and at our our expense, we washed and sent home all three bags.  While I understand she is frustrated, she is directing her anger at my company instead of those who actually caused the mix up.  We went above and beyond what she paid for by washing and delivering 50% more than what she paid for, so it’s upsetting to be under attack by her at this point.  I am a mother of three campers myself and work hard to make sure things are done right for our parent-clients.  We have been in business for three years and are proud of the unique service we offer to the camp community and appreciate the overwhelming support and positive feedback we receive from our customers.   We also value and appreciate our Revdex.com rating and take this very seriously.  I will send you a separate email of the correspondence from the day we notified Valerie of the issues with what her camp delivered to our service center. Thank you very much,[redacted]I Hate Camp Laundry

We have been in business for three years and I am responding to the first Revdex.com complaint that my company has ever received. Initially, I want to note that we take this claim very seriously. I Hate...

Camp Laundry is a service we provide to parents whose kids attend overnight camp. Parents PAY THEIR OWN SHIPPING COMPANY to bring their children's dirty duffels to our service center DIRECTLY FROM THEIR CAMP. Parents do not see the contents of their children’s duffels before they are delivered to our center. We wash, dry and fold all camp laundry and camp gear. We then deliver organized clean duffels home. This client paid for two duffels to be cleaned and laundered. However, the client’s SHIPPING COMPANY DELIVERED AN EXTRA DUFFEL that they had mis-labeled with the client’s name. We immediately contacted the client to tell her we received an extra bag. The client insisted that I Hate Camp Laundry clean the contents of the extra bag at no extra cost. As a courtesy, we cleaned and shipped home the third clean laundered bag with the two she paid for. As we explained to her on that same day, the client was going to get items that were not hers as either her camp or her shipping company combined her child’s clothes and sports equipment with another camper and sent us three bags. Again, she was the one who insisted we clean the mislabeled bag and we did so at our own expense! As we promise in our advertising, I Hate Camp Laundry cleaned, washed and folded the large duffels for this client and shipped them to her home as promised. In this case, we actually did more than we advertise as we cleaned a third bag for no cost. This client is asking for a refund because she claims she is missing some items. I Hate Camp Laundry CAN ONLY CLEAN AND RETURN WHAT IS SHIPPED TO US. We did not get the items she is missing. Clearly there were clothes and equipment mixed in with different campers at her camp or by her shipping company that NEVER came to our center. And when we recognized that there was an extra bag with different items in it, I Hate Camp Laundry immediately emailed her three pictures of her belongings so she could see that an extra bag was delivered to our center. We also emailed her immediately that multiple people checked her son's bags and there wasn’t a baseball glove. I am happy to email you the pictures I sent to the client and the email sent about the missing glove. We suggested the client reach out to her camp to see if her children left items at camp. We also suggested she contact her shipping company to see if they misplaced any items when they were transporting the duffels to us. In addition, we suggested that she contact the parents of her child’s bunkmates as the camp clearly mixed different kids’ duffels together. Please contact me anytime if you need additional information. I am happy to prove that this client received clean laundered duffels delivered to her doorstep. If needed, I can also provide a receipt showing you I Hate Camp Laundry paid for her laundry to be done (we use a third party laundry vendor) and we paid a shipping company to deliver her duffels to her home (we use a third party shipping company).
