Review: Before you pay they offer Practice tests with your PASSING scores. The exam is completely different and they refuse to show you the incorrect answers.

10/1/13 and 9/25/13 online test $40.00 total $20.00 to register each time. Prior to purchasing the learners permit test- the company offers a practice exam in addition to the score. They also show you the questions you answered incorrectly and provide the correct answer.

I Drive Safely makes you falsely believe you are fully prepared to take the exam so you pay for it. Immediately, you are shocked because the it is a bait & switch for the Learners Permit. In other words the test is set-up for you to fail. I Drive Safely refuses to provide your score. I Drive Safely, also does not allow you to see what questions you have answered incorrectly. There is no way of knowing what your weaknesses are and therefore you don't know what you should focus on when you re-study the material. It is strange that there was no problem with the practice exams. In addition, the other part of the exam was taken on a different website and they were no excuses why we could not see the score. I Drive Safely is a shady dishonest company. They do not have the customer best interest in mind. Of course,when I tried to call customer service I was disconnected. The online customer service rep. said they were having problems with the phones. However, she could call me and put me through bc she would not be unable to give me a refund. However, that was just wasting more of my time. The customer service rep refused to refund my money. Refused to give me the test scores. Refused to tell me what questions were answered incorrectly. Refused to tell me why there was a bait and switch. I would not be disappointed or this frustrated but I know he knew the material- he had studied took several practice exams and tests well. He has never had a problem before. In fact, for the other part of the test on the other website he earned 100%. I am dissatisfied with the way they presented their product-I Drive Safely did a Bait & Switch and I am requesting a Refund of $40.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a settlement of $40

Review: I purchased their parent-taught driver training product, thru their website, on 9/3/12. My daughter has learning disabilities so my wife and I decided it would be best for us to be her teachers. One of the main reasons we picked their product was because they represented it as 'done at the student's own pace". Due to a number of reasons, we were not actively working with their product during the second quarter of this year. When we tried to log into our account last week, we were told it was inactivated. The customer rep said there was a 270 day limit - to complete the product. I could not find any info on the limit on their website. I asked them to show me that documentation. She left the line for five minutes and then came back to say the limit was detailed in the "terms". I asked for a copy and received nothing. My only recourse was to send them $19.95 which gives us another 30 days to complete the course. I feel I have been cheated and limiting details on their product were not represented.Desired Settlement: I would like the $19.95 back and sufficient time to finish the course. I would like the "extension" to last thru the end of 2013. That should give us enough time for our daughter to comfortably finish.

Review: I took an 8 hour online defensive driving course to fulfill a state requirement which they said they are approved for. 1) The state of Tennessee states they are not an approved provider. 2) The certificate they sent me 3 days after I completed my course (although I paid an additional $9.95 for delivery of my certificate via email) was incorrect. It didn't state my name as it is listed on my driver's license (it sounded like the customer service rep was typing the certificate as she confirmed my information over the phone), and the certificate was only for 4-hours, not the 8-hours required. When I tried to speak with a supervisor to rectify this matter to a mutual conclusion, I was put on endless holds and disconnected. Because this is a time sensitive issue, I have to take the 8-hour course again on 3/14, as classroom courses are only offered on Saturdays. I feel as though this company is misrepresenting its services, not making things clear on the website and not delivering what the consumer pays for or expects. I needed an 8-hour defensive driving course completed with a valid certificate with my name on it and I didn't receive that.Desired Settlement: Based upon their guarantee, I expect a full refund. They are not approved by the state of Tennessee.

Review: When a company advertises a money-back garantee, I think most customers agree on what that should mean. I'm posative most customers would not expect to pay a "service charge" equal to over half the purchase price of the service they have found unsatisfactory. I think poilicies like this speak to the integrity of such a company- I would expect SellerServer, an industry certification company, to agree that business ethics are important. With so many competitors, I will strongly suggest to any of our new employees that they file through another website.Desired Settlement: Refund in FULL AMOUNT.

Review: on July 3, I paid an extra $20 to extend online access to the I Drive Safely course for 30 days, received only a receipt showing the original date of the original payment for the course. I called to make sure it was good for 30 days, and I was assured it was good through Aug. 2. As of around midnight Aug. 1 the account was again locked and my son was unable to complete the testing. I spoke with 2 customer service reps and one supervisor who gave me a song and dance about how the 30 days started on the day we paid the $20 (7/3 as opposed to the following business day) and ended at midnight on Aug. 1. We never received any receipt or documentation stating that the exact end date and time would be midnight Aug. 1.Desired Settlement: would like to have the account unlocked for 1 hour to allow completion of the course as he was cheated out of one day's worth of online access by misleading documentation and customer service.

Review: I took the Drug and Alcohol course, with practice tests and the permit exam. I studied, I passed the final, I did the practice tests and got 100%, and ...failed the permit exam...I honestly thought I passed. First thing I thought was, "this can't be right. They had to have scammed me." I called and the guy just told me I'd have to pay $10 to retake. So I did. I failed again. This is a joke. I try again and same result. I even searched up the questions I could've possible got wrong and when I looked them up I was right. It didn't make sense. The employees did not answer my questions they blew me off. The 2nd woman told me she would've helped me pass and gave me extra review if it was her. But it wasn't her and it was too late. Woulda coulda shoulda... I want proof that I failed. How do I know they don't just say you fail so you'll pay more money? The website says "Pass the test on your first try!" Now I can't even take the test online again. I have to go on in. I didn't want to do that. They didn't even tell me on the phone that I'd get 2 more tries...Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I spent $75 worth on this. I am not satisfied at all. I don't like how I was treated. Also, I wish to be able to take it online again. They told me the DMV has the information that I already took 3 attempts, but that's not fair. I worked on this course. I knew the information. I wanted to take it online. That is what I insist. I was suppose to take the course, pass, and get my permit and this is just very frustrating.

Review: After completing the final test, you only have 5 minutes to complete the review or you will have to retake the final test. In the review, you have to write comments for unfavorable ratings but if you take too long, your passing test score will not count. This unfairly discourages users from making negative or constructive comments. The company advertises its high user ratings as compelling testimony encouraging users to purchase its product. The reviews are actually extortion since after all the effort to pass the exam, a user can't risk failing to review the product fairly.Desired Settlement: There should be no time limit for completing any review and it should be separated from recording a passing score.

Review: This company claims that you do not even have to read the DMV handbook because their practice tests are "exactly" what you need. "Pass the DMV test on the first try," they advertise. Funny thing is that I took my test today and none of questions that were asked on the permit test were covered in their practice tests. You might think that maybe I didn't learn their practice tests well enough, but I scored a 100% on their practice tests. They are now saying that because I used the practice test material they can only give me a partial refund. I have taken screenshots of my scoring on their practice tests and their false advertising claims.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my purchase.

Review: I selected the Advanced Driver Permit Test Package for $14.95 but was charged $29.xx. I have a screen shot of what I selected as opposed to what I was charged for but have yet to received the email receipt.I have tried to contact the company but can find no phone number and when I did find a way to send my inquiry through their website I could not because the category dropdown was blank. Review: I was trying to get a driving record from GA, Customer service, stinks try calling you'll get a computer and than it'll hang up if you hit 0, I was told it would be dilivered withing 24 hrs, even though I paid an extra 10$ to have it emailed, 27 hrs and 2 phone calls and 2 emails and still not record. This is holding up my career and making me out to be dishonest, cant count on this company to be punctual and on time. False Advertising, do to not being hasle free, even if I do get my money back I was counting on punctuality and told my superiors I'd have my record to them yesterday. Billing they sure took theyre money ontime but wont email you back, called after the first email to tell me it was going to be 24 hrs, and 27 hrs later I email them and still havent heard anything. Contract? which part we take your money and dont deliver? causing someone their word? making a lyer out of some one? delivery issues? I'm wondering how they are maitaining a Grade A with the Revdex.com,, they must have some realy slack rulles,, I'll be complaining about Revdex.com allowing this company to claim to be A rating with the Revdex.com with this kind of service.Desired Settlement: When you make someone dishonest you cant just refund and say sorry and its better. this company made Revdex.com and me look bad. Review: I have no issues with the content of I Drive Safely course, but their treatment of the customer is abysmal!! I requested my driving record on 5/29/12 for overnight delivery. When it had not arrived by 06/01/12, I contacted your customer service, (was told that some of the information was incorrect, and that I had been emaild notifying my of the issue. (No such email was ever received, and they had the correct email address, because I received confirmation of payment.) I corrected the missing information, and requested email delivery, which I was assured would be sent within 24 hours. I specifically asked the customer service rep if it made any difference that the next day was Saturday, and she assured me that it did not matter ..."we are open 24/7" THREE days later, I received my driving record via email! My court appearance was on Monday morning, so I had already obtained my driving record from the state agency, using the same information that I gave to I Drive safely, and got it on the first try. There is NO excuse for the company to have taken a total of 6 days to have delivered this record. After complaining, and asking for a refund, I was told that they only process driving records on "business" days, and that that the company has a policy NOT to refund money for driving records. I was marginally satisfied with the defensive driving course, but am VERY dissatisfied with I Drive Safely's performance as regards my driving record.Desired Settlement: Refund of total of 35.00 for driving record and overnight delivery.

Review: This company has you pay before you are finished registering. If you make a mistake, for instance pick the Defensive Driving course instead of the Adult Driving Course, as instructed by TXDOT for a first time adult driver, you will be charged $8 of your $25 fee they have already charged you for.This amount seems a bit ridiculous considering you haven't even finished registering and they will not refund the m $8 for doing absolutely nothing. Review: I ordered a driving coarse/test from "I Drive Safely" for my daughter, [redacted]. After I entered my payment information, a screen came on that said that we cannot take the coarse and test because my daughter already tok the test, and it's to be a one time try at passing.

I asked for a refund since they have not delivered ANYTHING. They said they would charge me a more than $8 fee, even though they have not delivered a product of any kind. Their customer service was rude when I asked for a refund, and said they are entitled to take my $8.00

Review: I purchased the optional video feed for this course, and about half way through, the video started scrambling. I tried it on several different computers--same problem. Customer service was rude and informed me there was nothing wrong technically with their site, and would not issue a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of what I paid for the optional video. $5.00

Review: I ordered a driving record from I Drive Safely on the website: idrivesafely.com so that I could get an accurate online insurance quote. I paid $24.95 for driving record and an extra $10.95 for instant email delivery. I received the email with an attachment which was said to be a certified driving record directly from the DPS. It DID NOT contain accurate information!! I have been in 3 at fault accidents in the past 5 years and they did not even show up on the record I obtained from I Drive Safely! I called them to try to get a refund and they refused! I asked them why was the information that I received from them different from what I know and also different from what the insurance companies found when requesting an insurance quote by phone. They said "I don't know!" PLEASE DO NOT GET AN INSURANCE QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ACCURATE INFORMATION!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund.

Review: I used their online court ordered driving class and successfully completed the class. Upon completion I selected the option for second day express service in order to have the certificate sent directly to the clerk. (The option to have the cert sent directly to the clerk is only available with the upgrade fee). I later received the certificate directly so I called to verify and they told me to take it directly to the clerk. After explaining that I paid for the service to have it sent directly they agreed to fax it. I agreed and left it at that.

I just received an order to suspend my drivers license for failure to provide proof of completion of said course and just contacted them again. The first person said that they cannot send certificates directly to the clerk. The second person tried to make it my fault saying I did not check the option to have it sent to the clerk, which is false. I most certainly did.

I now have to pay a late fee to the clerk and a reinstatement fee, and take time from work to accomplish this which results in further financial loss.Desired Settlement: I would like a full 100% refund of the money I paid them, totalling 47.85

Review: I had a traffic ticket, so I enrolled in a traffic school online class with idrivesafely.com. When registering, I noticed that I was not able to select "Santa Monica Courthouse" in the screen, which is the courthouse that the traffic school completion notification needs to go to. I called idrvesafely and they said, it is ok, just select the "Central Metropolitan Courthouse" as that's the central system that receives all the traffic school completion and then sends to the correct courthouse. With that confirmation, I enrolled in the class. I took the class and passed it on 6/13/2013. As of 7/18/2013, DMV, Santa Monica Courthouse, or Central Metropolitan Courthouse had not received the notification that I completed the course. My deadline is in less than 10 days and I cannot have the traffic record. I called them 8 times, got hung up for no reason for 5 times. First time I got through, the rep said they have processed it and sent me a receipt. I went to the court that they claimed to have sent it to, and presented the receipt. They said the reviewer on the receipt did not even exist in the courthouse. The second time I got through, they said they would have the processing center look into it and let me know within 24 hours. I didn't hear back. The third time I called, they sent me the same receipt from the first time. Because my deadline for the ticket is coming up and my husband's insurance premium was increased by $500 due to the non-clearance of the my ticket, I had to enroll in another traffic school and retook the exam. They were ABLE to send the completion to SANTA MONICA COURTHOUSE directly, which is what I need and what idrivesafely promised me when I enrolled.Desired Settlement: Refund my money as it has caused me tremendous distress and caused me to pay and retake the exam from another traffic school.
