To Whom it may concern, As a business that deals with thousands of consumer annually, we take very serious the responsibility our clients place in usWe are in fact more proud of the fact that we are better known for our positive reputation, than for our business success This doesn't mean that issues never arise, this is impossible when dealing with multitudes of people and transactions dailyHowever, they are extremely rare, and are almost always due to misunderstandings that are easily resolvedWe do this through immediate and open communication, and because as a business, we do what needs to be done to make our clients happyIn all of our years in business we have never written an email of this kindWe are doing so for the first time because what has been stated is blatantly and easily vetted as so in our Terms & Conditions and How it Works PageOur businesses value is based on our brand, which is our reputation, and we need to aggressively defend our reputation, when what's being said isn't true The persons statement is that she is unhappy because the disclaimer said that the commission is taken from the buyer and not the sellerThe actual fact is that from the day we launched our business the commission we charged, has always been charged to the sellerOur Terms & Conditions clearly state that, and have always stated that, which is of course simple to proveTo prove the old axiom of no good deed going unpunished; when we learned of the clients unhappiness due to their misreading of our terms, we made the decision to reimburse her for the commission that she was supposed to payIn fact we sent her $more, just to assuage herThe next thing we hear is this complaint to the Revdex.com, that she was also not supposed to be charged for shippingAgain, our Terms & Conditions CLEARLY state that sellers are responsible for shipping their item to usThe buyers shipping amount of $is standard cost for the buyer to receive their item from our officesPlease see the link to both our Terms & Conditions, as well as to our How it Works page on our site, which clearly states all i've outlined aboveWe are writing because we would like what is and potentially damaging to our business to be taken downWe appreciate your effort and cooperationHow it Works Page [redacted] T&C Page [redacted]

I sold a ring during a very difficult time, and besides them paying me more than anyone else I went to in ManhattanThey were so kind and helpful during the entire processI've told a number of friends who've since sent in their rings for purchase and all had the same experienceI can't say enough positive things about this company!

Sold my ring through them and they procrastinated sending me the money Fees are HIGH There are better, safer and cheaper ways to sell your jewelry Beware

Again what the seller showed "*** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***" is correct. That does not mean the buyer is paying the commissionIt states that 15% is deducted from the payment of the buyer which was done and because she did not understand this as a courtesy we sent her a check even though we would take a loss on the transactionBuyer pays for shipping from us to them The seller is responsible to ship the item to us for verification, they do not get reimbursed for that expenseMoney was not deducted in anyway from the check for shippingFor accounting purposes we add the $on top of the total and deduct thatFor example if an item sold for $when we send the check we show a total of $for accounting purposes which is the shipping the buyer pays to ship the item from the company to them and thus why deducted
We have been in business for years and have operated exactly the same since inceptionWe have sold thousands upon thousands of items through those years and have sent out payment exactly the same way which any of our sellers from years back would contest to

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Yes, we did receive a check from your company paying back the original COMMISSION of $It was not $as previously stated, I will provide proof that the check was $70.00, and no additional $was granted. Either way, and long story short, I was charged $for shipping, and never got those funds reimbursed to meI noticed that the company completely switched their terms and conditions as wellAs you can see, the updated terms on their website show the buyer and shipper roles reversed.
So, I received a commission of $69.00, along with the check amount of $This brings my total up to $So, the TOTAL amount of income generated on this sale was $when it should have been $504.99, to reimburse my shipping costsAs it stands, I appreciate NIDNID for sending the promised commssion but right now, I paid for this customers free shippingI never received the money for shipping, plain and simpleDid the customer pay for shipping as well? It begs the question whether or not NIDNID is double charging customers for shipping.
Thank You

Written rules are always set in stone, you wrote yours "*** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***" It does mean exactly what is writtenThere is no courtesy when you returned what you are not supposed to take from mePlease understand one thing, this is never going to be resolved unless you returned $of my money that you overchargedYou understand that I have a copy of your rules before when you changed them on April * There are other ways exTexas has attorney general.

I learned a lot about how overpriced retail jewelry is when I decided to sell my engagement ringI also learned how my beautiful diamond with an EGL cert was not as nice as I thought it wasAfter going to several local jewelry stores with my certification, I was told by everyone that the color and clarity of my diamond was much lower than statedAnd their offers were well below what we paid for the ringI was so upsetI heard about IDNID and submitted my ring to themThey actually gave me a really attractive preliminary estimate before seeing the ring in person, but just like everyone else, they gave me a price based on lower color/clarity gradesI was so over the whole process I just sold it to them directly (they're offer was actually higher than any of the offers I previously received)Looking back, I should have sold the ring through their marketplace to get more money, but I was ready for a check and to move onI'm really glad I found IDNID - now I know never to buy full retail ever again!

Just bought a great diamond for a price below the adiamor dot com price, but well above what some jewler would have paid the seller The seller and I both walked away being thousands of dollars better off This is a perfect private party diamond exchangeWay better than craigslist or some online auction house
Best company to buy/sell used diamonds from, periodSuper easy website search features and the diamond I purchased was exactly what they said it would beThe customer service people even went out of their way to rush my order to me so it would arrive the day before I flew out of the country!!! WOW!
The whole process made me feel very comfortable and safeCan't say enough about this websiteI will always buy/sell diamonds and jewelry with them going forward
